Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and execution for embedded lending partnerships globally, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will assess opportunities, design credit solutions, shape commercial deals, and lead launches in collaboration with the GTM team.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve the framework for evaluating partner opportunities and prioritize the pipeline with the GTM team
• Participate in commercial discussions to define build capabilities and ensure deal structures support product outcomes
• Design credit product configurations for partnerships and lead the end-to-end build and launch process

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years in product management, particularly in fintech or embedded finance in emerging markets
• Strong instincts for credit products, with the ability to assess partner flows and design configurations
• Deep understanding of digital money flows and credit products in emerging markets
• Fluency with crypto and stablecoin product structures, including on-chain lending mechanics
