Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of Product Managers, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will define product strategy and drive the roadmap for skills and verification capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance learner experiences in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Skills & Verification product group
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, setting clear priorities for skills mastery and verification solutions
• Integrate AI-driven features to improve learner outcomes and enhance engagement metrics across web and mobile platforms

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing digital products
• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers or leading cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated history of improving measurable metrics such as activation, engagement, and retention
• Experience applying AI/ML technologies to product experiences
• Strong foundation in experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing
