Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving the product strategy and execution for a next-generation Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform, the full-time Director of Product Management will work cross-functionally to translate customer needs into a clear roadmap while ensuring high-quality capabilities are delivered in a rapidly changing threat environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the SIEM product, breaking ambitious goals into measurable milestones
• Inspire and align global teams around key strategic initiatives to enhance the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) customer experience
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product capabilities on time, ensuring accountability for meeting commitments

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive product management leadership experience in SIEM, Log Management, or SOC platform solutions
• Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity operations and advanced threat detection methodologies
• Proven ability to lead and influence high-performing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Superior communication skills to articulate product objectives and strategic rationale to diverse stakeholders
• A disciplined, data-driven approach to evaluating product performance and prioritizing investments
