Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy and execution for technology that supports a provider network and clinical data exchange, the full-time Director of Product Management - Provider Network & Interoperability will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product strategy for provider network technology and interoperability
• Develop and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business and technical goals
• Lead product efforts related to EMR integrations, APIs, and clinical data exchange

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, EMRs, and clinical data exchange
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards, including HL7 and FHIR
• Proven ability to define product strategy and drive initiatives from discovery to launch
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
