Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Owning a product area within the Data Protection portfolio, the full-time Sr. Director of Product Management will manage the roadmap, prioritize execution, and collaborate with engineering to deliver high-quality cybersecurity products while engaging directly with customers and monitoring the competitive landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, define requirements, and partner with engineering for product execution
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and incorporate insights into product strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and customer success to ensure product alignment and support

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity
• Strong technical acumen and experience working with engineering teams on complex products
• Proven ability to write specifications, define requirements, and ship products
• Experience in cybersecurity, data security, compliance, or related domains
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required
