Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving financial transformation, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will own the product vision and execution for the Record to Report ecosystem, leading modernization initiatives and building a high-performing global team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for financial systems including General Ledger and Treasury solutions
• Lead modernization initiatives across data architecture and automation frameworks to streamline global finance operations
• Partner with finance, accounting, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable financial system capabilities

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in finance, accounting, or enterprise SaaS environments
• 4-6 years of people leadership experience managing global and distributed product teams
• Hands-on experience in Record to Report, Payments/Settlements, and Treasury & Cash Management solutions
• Deep understanding of General Ledger workflows and accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS
• Proven track record of building multi-year product roadmaps and strategic plans using frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW
