Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define and champion the product strategy and vision for planning, allocations, and merchandising, driving business growth through product innovation and collaboration with executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement product strategy and vision for assigned product groups, aligning with business objectives
• Oversee the product lifecycle for multiple teams, ensuring effective execution from ideation through launch
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly in omnichannel retail
• 5+ years of experience leading product teams and strategy for product groups or domains
• Expertise in implementing enterprise planning tools using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex product initiatives
