Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of operational infrastructure, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will manage the Salesforce ecosystem, drive product strategy, and ensure effective collaboration among internal teams to enhance customer success and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand key operational workflows and identify gaps in field-facing and customer service contexts
• Own and execute the product roadmap for the Field Enablement workstream, translating strategies into actionable projects
• Act as the primary product authority for Salesforce Service Cloud, driving the vision for automation and proactive intelligence within the platform

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in product management or process innovation roles
• 6+ years of related leadership experience
• Deep experience with Salesforce, with Admin or Consultant certification preferred
• Proven track record of delivering CRM transformations in a customer-facing context
