Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of data exchange solutions, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management - Data Exchange & Interoperability will manage the vision and roadmap for MacroHealth's Connect platform, ensuring compliance with interoperability standards and regulatory mandates while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MacroHealth Connect, focusing on interoperability and data exchange capabilities
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Connect, ensuring scalable and compliant data exchange patterns are embedded in product design
• Engage with customers and market participants to understand data exchange needs, translating insights into prioritized product investments

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software Product Management experience, particularly in healthcare data exchange or interoperability
• Hands-on knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and X12/EDI
• Experience with the healthcare regulatory environment, including CMS and ONC mandates
• Proven track record of managing enterprise software products through the full lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field
