Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the team behind the Enterprise Systems business unit, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will set the vision and strategy for the member portal and policy administration platform, driving execution from ideation through launch while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Define a clear medium- and long-term strategy for the member portal and policy administration platform based on customer insights and business goals
• Build and manage a data-informed product roadmap that balances new product initiatives with ongoing optimization
• Lead product development efforts from ideation through launch, ensuring effective collaboration across teams to deliver end-to-end customer experiences

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly at a leading internet or consumer technology company
• 2+ years of experience managing product managers in a high-growth environment
• Proven track record of owning consumer or business products with measurable growth outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to set success metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with client portals or policy administration systems is preferred
