Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will oversee the product strategy for a portfolio of developer tools, ensuring market growth and differentiation while fostering team development and alignment with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop product managers for APILayer, Filestack, Froala, and FusionCharts, fostering a culture of customer-led decision-making
• Develop and maintain coherent product strategies for each product, identifying market opportunities and integration potential
• Communicate product strategies and roadmap priorities to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company-level goals

Required qualifications

• Significant product management experience in developer tools or API products with a track record of successful product ownership
• Prior experience managing product managers and developing talent within a team
• Technical fluency in discussing REST APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns with engineering teams
• Strong strategic thinking abilities with a knack for synthesizing market trends and competitive signals into actionable insights
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and drive alignment without formal authority
