Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and modernization of Inforce servicing capabilities, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define and execute the vision for policyholder and advisor servicing, drive transformation across digital experiences and operational workflows, and build a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Inforce servicing capabilities
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of new product capabilities and enhancements
• Champion customer-centric product development practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management or related leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of Product Managers and Product Owners
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale product portfolios and complex transformation initiatives
• Experience working in highly regulated industries and complex operating environments
