Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will drive growth, retention, and profitability by developing a multi-service platform that enhances customer and Pro experiences while managing strategic priorities and cross-functional partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and expand the product management team while ensuring high performance and effective collaboration
• Own the prioritization of growth, retention, and profitability initiatives on a shared roadmap
• Develop and implement a multi-service strategy to transition from a single vertical to multiple profitable services

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on marketplace dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor product teams, driving exceptional outcomes
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and the ability to analyze second-order effects of product decisions
• Experience in prioritizing initiatives effectively while managing trade-offs across multiple goals
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in product development and user experience
