Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the content management ecosystem, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will drive product strategy and execution for DealerOn's CMS platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance dealer tools and workflows in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the content management system (CMS)
• Oversee enhancements and drive the evolution of page building and content editing workflows
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align product initiatives with strategic business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Technology, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of product management experience, with significant experience leading platform or SaaS products
• 5+ years in senior product leadership roles with ownership of major product areas
• Strong experience with CMS platforms and enterprise SaaS products
• Proficiency with modern product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma
