Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a high-impact product area remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will set the strategic vision, drive product decisions, and develop a team focused on product security assurance and AI-powered operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end, setting vision and key metrics for success while guiding a team of PMs and cross-functional partners
• Develop and champion a deep understanding of product security assurance challenges, influencing executive and go-to-market conversations
• Drive strategic prioritization by balancing customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals at a portfolio level

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in B2B enterprise software in cybersecurity or an adjacent area
• Deep working knowledge and experience in cybersecurity products where security is a core value proposition
• Exceptional research and synthesis skills, with experience building processes for continuous market intelligence
• Proven ability to integrate AI capabilities into products and workflows
• Strong executive communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders in a remote environment
