Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading product strategy and development, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will own the Meet product and Jump OS, manage a team of 4-6 product managers, and ensure alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive product excellence and customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Meet and the operating system, with potential for expansion into adjacent areas
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Drive cross-functional alignment on product execution, quality, and strategic discussions with executive leadership

Required qualifications

• 10-15+ years of product management experience, including 3-5 years in a management role
• Proven track record of scaling core product surfaces and driving significant business impact
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team culture and development
• Deep understanding of user empathy in financial services and the importance of trust in product design
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and define success criteria in dynamic environments
