Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading product strategy and delivery for Hollander's salvage-industry solutions, the full-time Director of Product Management will define a global platform vision, manage a dual portfolio of legacy products and new initiatives, and ensure successful integration and workflow leadership in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and delivery roadmap for a single global platform replacement while sustaining legacy products
• Lead integration strategy with third-party partners and manage product requirements for workflow-intensive environments
• Create product requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment between Engineering and Design teams for successful execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 12+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with at least 4 years in a product leadership role
• Proven track record in leading platform modernization or transformation programs at scale
• Experience delivering multi-geography products with localization complexities
• Background in workflow-intensive product environments and API/platform integration strategy
