Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and roadmap for Zillow's developer platform, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will manage a team of Product Managers and collaborate with engineering and AI teams to enhance developer productivity and streamline the product lifecycle using AI tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Set and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Developer Experience, including CI/CD, observability, and AI-assisted development
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, ensuring alignment with engineering leadership and adoption of product outcomes
• Define and execute Zillow's strategy for AI-assisted development tools, measuring their impact and promoting safe integration for non-engineering users

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, specifically with developer-facing or platform products
• Deep technical knowledge and fluency in AI-assisted development practices
• Proven track record of leading multi-team roadmaps at a Director level
• Experience in building and managing high-performing product management teams
• Hands-on technical background in software engineering, ML/AI engineering, or DevOps/platform engineering
