Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for A2A bank payment capabilities, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will manage a team of PMs and Designers while driving product vision, business outcomes, and partner relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for various A2A payment modalities, including ACH and RTP
• Define the business case and go-to-market strategy for each money movement capability, establishing clear revenue and adoption metrics
• Build and manage a product P&L for the money movement value stream, collaborating with Finance and reporting outcomes to the CPO

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in payments or financial services
• Hands-on experience with A2A payment products such as ACH, RTP, and open banking
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of PMs, with a proven track record of talent development
• Experience leading product through corporate acquisitions, including integration strategies
• Strong commercial instincts connecting product decisions to revenue impact and partner growth
