Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end product strategy for a designated product line, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will drive product vision, collaborate cross-functionally for successful delivery, and engage with customers and the market to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog while ensuring timely feature delivery
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, and other teams to enhance product capabilities and meet regulatory standards
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in a product-centric environment
• Experience in leading and developing product or technical teams
• Strong familiarity with BSA/AML or regulated industry requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership ability with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
