Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative quantum computing solutions, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will oversee the Quantum Cloud platform, managing customer engagement strategies and product roadmaps while working both onsite in Bothell, WA and remotely a few days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global Cloud Experience and Hybrid Services suites, enhancing customer engagement and product accessibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and drive go-to-market strategies
• Establish strong relationships with engineering and design teams to ensure user and business needs are met in product roadmaps

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in product management or equivalent roles, particularly with high-volume self-service cloud products
• Proven track record in product-led growth strategies, including freemium models and conversion funnel optimization
• Expertise in API and developer-experience design, with the ability to balance user ergonomics and platform capabilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex topics to diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related engineering field, or equivalent real-world experience
