Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy for Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will develop vision and align teams to enhance customer experiences and support Grafana Labs' business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and own the product vision and strategy for Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion
• Partner with senior R&D leaders to align product and technical strategy, making tradeoffs that balance customer value and business impact
• Coach and develop Product Managers, fostering a high-accountability environment that drives successful outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Significant Product Management experience, including leading product strategy across multiple teams
• Experience managing Product Managers, including coaching and performance management
• Strong technical fluency in infrastructure, cloud platforms, and observability domains
• Proven ability to identify AI opportunities that create customer value in technical products
• A BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
