Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Accomplished in semiconductor product management, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define and drive the product strategy for Silicon Lifecycle Management IP, focusing on 2.5D/3D-IC technologies and engaging with key customers to shape product direction and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Silicon Lifecycle Management IP
• Write Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) to translate customer needs into actionable product concepts
• Build and implement go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and launch plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; MS or MBA is a plus
• 15+ years in product management or related roles within the semiconductor industry
• Deep working knowledge of EDA flows and BIST methodologies
• Technical understanding of CPU architectures and memory interfaces
• Experience managing product roadmaps in a global context
