Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the core customer-facing aspects of the platform, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define product strategy, manage a team of product managers, and enhance the customer experience in energy markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy across customer experience areas including dispatch, performance, settlement, and financial experience
• Lead and grow a team of product managers while fostering a culture of ownership and customer obsession
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer self-service capabilities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ years leading PM teams in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in energy markets, particularly in demand response and grid services
• Proven track record of shipping scalable customer-facing products
• Player-coach orientation with a passion for team development and hands-on product work
• Experience integrating AI tools into product processes to enhance team performance
