Job Summary

Leading product strategy in a hybrid environment, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will define the product roadmap, mentor a team of Product Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Defining and evangelizing the product roadmap to align features with business goals
• Partnering with Design and Engineering to optimize the software development lifecycle
• Recruiting and mentoring Product Managers while fostering a data-informed decision-making culture

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth startup
• Experience scaling products from early traction to significant market share in complex ecosystems
• Expertise in querying data and defining KPIs to drive product strategy
• Ability to communicate complex technical or business trade-offs to executive stakeholders
• Deep understanding of systemic changes and their impact on user behavior and business health
