Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Director of Product Management, the full-time remote position will define product strategy for passkey authentication solutions, unify cross-functional teams, and drive market expansion across banking, fintech, and enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Passkey Solution, aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Orchestrate the full product lifecycle, collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales to define pricing and packaging for SaaS and hybrid models
• Engage with customers and industry analysts to build advocacy and validate product direction, representing the company at industry events

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in authentication, identity and access management (IAM), or cybersecurity products
• Demonstrated expertise in passkeys, FIDO2/WebAuthn, and relying party integrations
• Deep understanding of highly regulated markets, particularly financial services and fintech
• Ability to orchestrate cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Track record of taking complex enterprise-grade security products from concept to successful market adoption
