Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the Consumer Product team, the remote Director of Product Management will own the strategy and execution of the core consumer product surface, managing a team of product managers and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance the digital consumer experience in life insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy and growth objectives
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• Own the end-to-end consumer experience, driving improvements to conversion rates and user satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a product manager in a high-growth technology company, particularly with consumer products
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or regulated consumer industries is a plus
• Strong analytical orientation with a focus on data-driven decision making and proficiency in self-serve analytics tools
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across functions and levels
