Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of a next-generation engagement platform, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will oversee product roadmap planning, prioritize platform capabilities, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable and reusable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product management for platform evolution, including capability development and legacy migration
• Translate business and technical needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Coach and develop Product Managers while directly contributing to product execution and backlog refinement

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of product management experience, particularly in technical or platform-focused roles
• Strong technical fluency and experience collaborating with engineering and technical stakeholders
• Experience with product roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution in partnership with engineering teams
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for product management and execution
• Demonstrated ability to define and manage MVP scope and iterative delivery processes
