Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product organization remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will own the product roadmap, mentor a team of product managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with customer needs and market opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the FSI product roadmap from discovery and prioritization through delivery and outcome measurement
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners, fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centricity
• Drive annual and quarterly product planning cycles, including roadmap reviews and prioritization frameworks

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a people management role
• Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap for a B2B SaaS product with multiple customer segments
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Fluency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product planning frameworks
• Proficiency with product management and project tracking tools
