Job Summary

Leading a team of Group Product Managers and Product Managers, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will oversee product strategy and execution across multiple products in a fully remote environment, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product management roadmap, translating company strategy into actionable product initiatives
• Lead and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of customer obsession and accountability
• Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to ensure effective planning, delivery, and go-to-market strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading Product Management teams in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven background in digital marketing or martech, with a strong understanding of customer challenges
• Experience with AI/ML product development in a commercial context
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and managing product KPIs
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
