Job Summary

Leading a global product management team, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will shape and execute the product strategy for Curtiss-Wright's industrial portfolio, focusing on product lifecycle management, market strategy, and cross-functional integration to drive enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a global product management organization while managing product strategies for various industrial products
• Define market and product requirements, establishing clear strategic choices for portfolio actions based on market analysis
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with aggressive growth ambitions and market demands

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management or related commercial leadership roles within industrial or mobility sectors
• Proven success in managing complex product portfolios across electronic or electromechanical products
• Strong background in new product development, lifecycle management, and profitability optimization
• Data-driven decision maker with proficiency in standard business tools and CRM systems
