Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and vision for the Registry experiences, the full-time Director of Product Management will lead a team of Product Managers, drive commercial initiatives, and integrate AI into product development in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and KPIs for Babylist Registry, focusing on acquisition and user engagement
• Set and maintain high-quality standards for product development while balancing business goals and customer trust
• Coach and develop a team of high-performing Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and growth

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior product leadership role with a track record of managing complex consumer products end-to-end
• Strong understanding of commercial ownership, including P&L management and unit economics
• Deep customer expertise with a focus on co-creating solutions and understanding user needs
• Technical fluency, ideally with a background in software development or AI product integration
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively
