Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Director of Product Management will bridge complex financial services strategies with modern technology execution while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end delivery and product lifecycle for banking transformation initiatives
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, compliance teams, and engineering squads to ensure high-quality deployment
• Utilize AI tools to optimize product delivery processes and introduce efficiencies into the delivery lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Fintechs, or Tier-1/2 Banking institutions
• Demonstrable experience in large-scale banking transformation or migration projects
• Deep understanding of Core Banking, Digital Banking, and Payments infrastructure
• Proficiency in modern product/project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance project delivery workflows
