Job Summary

To drive innovation in the gaming sector, the remote Director of Product Management will develop market strategies, oversee product development, and lead cross-functional teams to create user-centric gaming products that align with Mozilla's mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the PC gaming market, including ecosystems and monetization patterns
• Lead the vision and strategy for new gaming products, ensuring alignment with customer value and Mozilla's strengths
• Manage design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused products that meet business goals

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record
• 5+ years of experience in the video gaming industry, particularly with PC/desktop gaming ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams and exhibit strong leadership capabilities
• Experience in building and scaling early-stage products based on customer insights
• Ability to define and prioritize product metrics to drive confidence in product strategy
