Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving large-scale digital transformations, the full-time salaried Director of Product Management will lead banking and financial services initiatives while leveraging expertise in core banking modernization and payment ecosystems, all within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery and product lifecycle for complex banking transformation initiatives
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, compliance/legal teams, and engineering squads to ensure high-quality deployment
• Utilize AI tools to optimize product delivery processes and introduce efficiencies into the delivery lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Fintechs, or Tier-1/2 Banking institutions
• Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale banking transformation or migration projects
• Deep understanding of Core Banking, Digital Banking, and Payments infrastructure
• Proficiency in modern product/project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance project delivery workflows
