Job Summary

Leading product-led growth initiatives, the remote Director of Product Management will drive the roadmap and execution of AI-powered products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and optimize engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive product-led growth initiatives, enhancing user journeys from onboarding to ongoing engagement
• Lead the roadmap, execution, and launch of multiple agentic products within the portfolio
• Build data science and analytics capabilities to support data-driven decisions for growth and retention

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management
• Strong analytical skills and experience with big data
• Proven track record in driving product-led growth initiatives
• Fluency with AI, LLMs, and context engineering techniques
• Experience creating agents and agentic frameworks is preferred
