Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a pillar of the product organization, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will own the strategy and roadmap for an early-stage app, coach product managers, and drive alignment across teams to achieve measurable outcomes for users and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for an early-stage app, aligning squad-level work to company objectives
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, coaching them through discovery and delivery processes
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, and data science functions, unblocking decisions and creating clarity

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 1-2 years managing and developing other PMs
• Demonstrated success leading multiple squads or a product pillar with measurable impact
• Deep fluency in the product operating model with experience coaching others
• Proven ability to set and communicate strategy effectively in ambiguous situations
• Experience leading consumer-facing product development for native iOS and Android apps
