Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading product strategy and lifecycle management, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will define product strategies, oversee product development, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance member satisfaction through innovative financial products.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate product strategies aligned with business goals and member needs
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous optimization
• Define product positioning and guide marketing strategies to support production targets

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred
• SAFe Agile Product Manager (APM) certification
• 8+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries
