Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and lifecycle management of the learning and content product portfolio, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will drive portfolio-level growth, oversee a team of product managers, and ensure product excellence for public safety organizations across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year product portfolio strategy, aligning with company growth objectives and market dynamics
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and technical product owners, fostering a high-performance culture
• Own the strategic product roadmap, balancing near-term revenue impact with long-term competitive positioning

Required qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of recent SaaS Product Management experience
• Proven track record in defining and executing portfolio-level product strategy for B2B or B2G SaaS products
• Experience in pricing strategy, product positioning, and competitive analysis
• Strong analytical capabilities, including business case development and KPI framework definition
• MBA preferred
