Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading product strategy for infrastructure and developer productivity, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will enhance developer velocity, strengthen reliability, and shape the foundational systems that support AI-first engineering and product innovation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy across Infrastructure, Reliability, and Developer Productivity to optimize software development processes
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to establish technical roadmaps and prioritize initiatives that enhance developer efficiency
• Develop strategies that integrate internal and customer-facing infrastructure, ensuring robust support for enterprise-scale operations

Required qualifications:

• BS/BA college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, infrastructure, and developer platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD, and observability
• Proven ability to partner with senior engineering leaders and make informed prioritization decisions
• Demonstrated experience in AI-powered tooling and system design at scale
