Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the deployment of advanced AI tools, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will optimize product operations, streamline processes, and enhance the Product Development Life Cycle to drive business outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline intake and prioritization processes while eliminating operational friction to enhance product manager focus on customer discovery
• Transform the Software Development Life Cycle by implementing continuous, AI-accelerated delivery workflows and orchestrating AI tooling adoption
• Establish a Product Center of Excellence to upskill teams in AI literacy and monitor outcome-based KPIs to track the impact of AI-Native development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and 5 years of Product Management experience
• Proven success in leading the rollout and adoption of enterprise software platforms or Agile/DevOps transformations
• Deep familiarity with emerging AI tool chains and experience scaling internal AI productivity tools
• Strong understanding of traditional product frameworks and a pragmatic approach to automating or dismantling them
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
