Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy and commercial growth of antibody expression and protein services, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will manage the product roadmap, define service offerings, and drive growth through effective go-to-market strategies while residing in the United States and being willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for foundational antibody expression and protein solutions
• Drive growth of core antibody expression services through service packaging, customer segmentation, and regional go-to-market plans
• Partner with R&D and production teams to enhance service quality, scalability, and customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in life sciences, protein science, molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field; PhD or MS preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or commercial strategy within life science tools or biologics research services
• Strong understanding of antibody expression and production workflows
• Familiarity with advanced antibody and protein formats, including bispecific antibodies and Fc-fusion proteins
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear product positioning and commercial strategies
