Job Summary

Leading product development and design teams, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine product vision and strategy, translating business objectives into actionable roadmaps
• Lead and manage a team of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance
• Ensure timely product delivery by coordinating with engineering teams and monitoring performance metrics for data-driven enhancements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B Product Management
• 2+ years leading Product Management teams
• Experience in data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) development environments
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and effective communication abilities
