Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and lifecycle management of the learning and content product portfolio, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will drive portfolio-level growth, oversee product development, and mentor a team of product managers while collaborating across functions to ensure market-leading outcomes for public safety organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and customer needs
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, establishing a high-performance culture and standards for product management
• Own the strategic product roadmap and prioritize decisions that balance near-term revenue impact with long-term competitive positioning

Required qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of recent SaaS Product Management experience
• Demonstrated track record of defining and executing portfolio-level product strategy for B2B or B2G SaaS products
• Proven experience in pricing strategy, product positioning, and competitive analysis
• Experience in EdTech or GovTech product environments
• MBA preferred
