Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the development and lifecycle management of learning products, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will drive product strategy, oversee product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with company goals and customer needs
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality product launches
• Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value

Required qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of recent SaaS Product Management experience
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching B2B and/or B2G SaaS products
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• MBA preferred
• Experience leveraging AI within technology products
