Job Summary

Leading the execution of high-impact products, the full-time Director of Product Management will translate the CPO's vision into actionable strategies, manage the company roadmap, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product vision and growth objectives into functional execution strategies that enhance customer impact
• Lead a small team as a player-coach, fostering a product culture grounded in ownership and collaboration
• Ensure the roadmap is informed by customer insights, data, and market dynamics while personally owning product workstreams

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in product roles, preferably at a fast-growing SaaS or technology company
• 2+ years of experience managing product managers and designers
• Proven track record of owning and shipping multiple successful products at scale
• Ability to independently translate strategic direction into an executable roadmap
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners without formal authority
