Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and lifecycle management of the learning and content product portfolio, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will drive portfolio-level growth and ensure product success for public safety organizations while mentoring a team of product managers and technical product owners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and customer needs
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team of product managers and technical product owners
• Own the strategic product roadmap, driving prioritization decisions and assessing opportunities for new product investments

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of recent SaaS Product Management experience
• Demonstrated track record of defining and executing portfolio-level product strategy for B2B or B2G SaaS products
• Proven experience in pricing strategy, product positioning, and competitive analysis
• Experience in EdTech or GovTech product environments
• MBA preferred
