Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy for Advisor Experience, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will own the product roadmap, drive the development of tools for client and advisor engagement, and enhance product outcomes related to Net Revenue Retention and Client NPS.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the Advisor Experience roadmap, overseeing product discovery, development, and delivery across various metrics
• Build tools for advisor transitions and client retention, ensuring seamless experiences during advisor changes
• Leverage AI to enhance advisor productivity through meeting preparation, transcription, and actionable insights

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of delivering products that integrate into existing systems and workflows
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data
• Strong understanding of AI applications in product development
• Ability to analyze data and define metrics to drive product decisions
