Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Championing the strategy and development of next-generation enterprise products, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will oversee product and pricing strategies, manage project delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products, including data modeling and analytics
• Manage the delivery of business intent and oversee multiple concurrent projects and programs
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 5 years of Product Management experience
• Experience in translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
• Strong business judgment and leadership experience
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale enterprise B2B software or platforms
