Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence for Client Services and Operations, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will own three flagship products, focusing on workflow orchestration, AI-powered anomaly detection, and a client portal to enhance service delivery and client trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the client workflow orchestration and automation platform, ensuring seamless end-to-end client workflows
• Develop AI-powered anomaly detection systems to improve operational quality and reduce defect rates
• Oversee the client portal, providing real-time visibility into SLAs, matter status, and self-service capabilities for clients

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management
• Proven track record in building internal tools, workflow automation platforms, or B2B operations software
• Fluency in modern generative AI technologies and experience shipping AI-driven product features
• Strong technical background with an understanding of complex data workflows and API integrations
• Demonstrated ability to translate operational pain points into product strategy and roadmaps
